Based in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, YDL Nonwovens has supplied spunlace nonwovens to medical and hygiene, beauty and skincare, faux leather, home textile and filtration markets since 2007. We purchase raw fibers such as polyester and rayon and bond them by hydroentanglement, with no chemical binders in the base web.
What sets us apart for sourcing teams is vertical integration: base fabric production, printing, dyeing, sizing and functional finishing are managed by one technical team, reducing hand-offs between subcontractors and keeping lot-to-lot consistency under one quality system.
Color, hand feel, pattern and functional effect tailored to each buyer's specification.
Two decades of process data behind every web weight, blend and finish we recommend.
Documented QC procedures so every roll is reliable, consistent and fit for use.
Water repellency, flame retardancy, cooling and thermochromic effects on demand.
Understanding the process helps you write a tighter specification and compare suppliers on equal terms.
PET, viscose, PP, PLA or specialty fibers are blended to the target ratio and opened for uniform feeding.
Fibers are carded into parallel or cross-lapped webs that set the base weight and MD/CD strength balance.
High-pressure water jets interlock the fibers, creating a soft, strong, binder-free fabric; plain or apertured patterns are formed here.
The web is dried and wound into master rolls ready for inspection or further processing.
In-house lines add color, stiffness, patterns and functional chemistry such as water repellent or flame retardant treatments.
Rolls are checked under our ISO 9001 system, slit to customer widths and packed for export shipment.
From everyday wipes substrates to high-temperature specialty fiber fabrics. Filter by your end-use market.
Each market has different priorities, from low lint and absorbency to dimensional stability and heat resistance.
Soft, low-lint substrates for surgical gowns, drapes, wound dressings and medical wipes, including new functional medical spunlace grades.
Interlinings, printed home textiles and laundry color catcher sheets.
Durable technical fabrics including glass fiber, basalt and polyimide nonwovens.
Absorbent, low-linting rolls for household, industrial and beauty wipes, plain, apertured or printed.
Dyed and sized substrates with stable structure for PU and faux leather coating.
Uniform webs and heat-resistant specialty fibers for filter media.
A starting point our technical team uses when scoping new projects. Final recommendations depend on your performance and compliance targets.
